If for any reason the item that you are looking for is not exactly the same as an item in our catalog please call us; we're more than happy to help! We will be installing an on-line ordering system; in the meantime orders can be placed via e-mail, fax or phone.

Pricing

Our pricing is in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are extra. Pricing in most cases is based on one unit; for large quantities of a particular item please call and inquire about a possible volume discount. Dealer inquiries are always welcome. We strive to offer the most competitive pricing we can, but due to market fluctuations we do increase our pricing from time to time.

Limitations of selling products

Items shown can only be sold on the order of a Dentist or Physician. Due to our specific agreements with some manufacturers, we are unable to sell certain products into certain markets. We reserve the right to decline the sale of certain items to some areas/markets. We strive to ensure that all of our products meet all government regulations for their intended application. As well we try to ensure that our products meet all of the appropriate professional guidelines where available. In some cases where regulations have changed, or we were not aware of specific regulations our liability is limited to the actual selling price of the item.

For our U.S. and International Customers

Under specific agreements with out manufacturers, there is a small number of products that we are unable to sell and ship outside of Canada. Please call us if there is an item(s) that we can help with.
We usually stock items in both Canadian and U.S. colour coding. Please identify the country of destination for items ordered so that we can ship products with the appropriate coding.
Most carriers offer customs and brokerage services for shipments to clear through customs; we can help where possible.

Warranty

Most of our products carry a one year manufacturer warranty, with the exception of rubber and soft goods which are usually only warranted to be free from defects at delivery.
If for some reason you have had a bad experience with a particular item (whether purchased from us or elsewhere), please let us know. In most cases we can suggest an alternate component or part that may be better.

Limits of Liability

No claim of any kind against Dent-Gas Equipment Services Inc. whether or not based on negligence or warranty, shall be greater than the purchase price of the product in respect to which such claim is made.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that an item is suitable for the particular application that it is to be used for. It is incumbent upon the purchaser to ensure that all personnel are aware on any hazards associated with use of a particular product.
